You Are Here (2019)

You are here is a durational performance installation incl. video documentation. The exhibition is set up where we each inhabit the same space separately during a given time frame and over several days. The exhibition becomes a collage of composed letters, stories, small dances, and books that we create, and which become the repertory of traces of the other’s absence during the cumulative installation. Separately, we explore the absence of the other by building, re-inventing, and re-composing the traces as an ever-changing process. This process-oriented event is shared for the audience passing by.
